fall has fallen. again.

it's cold, and i love it! of course it will be mid-70's again this weekend, but what's new, it's oklahoma weather. you just have to keep rotating your clothes in and out of your closet (or off of the floor, in my case) depending on the weather. anyway, unimportant.
so it's been a year since i posted on this thing. i always think it's interesting to look back and see what was going on a year ago and then lament as to how fast time has gone by. that's one thing that absolutely fascinates me about life- its forward progression. you can't go back to any month, day, year or second of one that's already gone by. if you think about it too much, it starts to hurt your head.
so what's going on? well, i won't lie, i'm a little overwhelmed at the moment. however, i will also say that i'm doing well. i would say that the past three weeks have been extremely progressive in pushing through the discouragement i've been dealing with this semester. i still haven't figured out exactly where i'm headed, but i'm enjoying the journey a little more. actually, a lot more. counting down the days though, until thanksgiving, that's for sure. it's a "mom's side of the family" year, which means down in the deep south, lots of cousins, and lots of fun (including a 10 hr road trip!)
okay. back to homework. i'm so over school. :-P
